Meet Jennifer R. Watson, Owner and Lead Therapist
Jennifer is the owner and primary therapist of Fluidity Physical Therapy. She received her undergraduate degree in kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. During her time at Wisconsin Jennifer was also a member of the University of Wisconsin-Madison track & field team in which she received All-American honors. As she began her work, her interests began to grow outside the athletic arena. She has completed over 550 hours of continuing education courses in manual therapy, functional orthopedics, and postural restoration. Her most recent specialty certification she received in Integrative Manual Therapy from the Connecticut School of Integrative Manual Therapy. She is also currently working toward full certification in postural restoration. Her areas of focus & expertise include acute & chronic pain (adolescent to geriatric), spine & pelvic rehab, sports injuries and a special interest in men & women’s health. She has taken part in public speaking to physician groups, hospitals & high schools, athletic teams & fitness organizations, and other small businesses on various platforms of physical therapy. She is also working with nutritionists, alternative care specialists and physicians on developing a strong network of healthcare providers that can provide the client with an accessible and comprehensive health plan.

Jennifer’s special interests and hobbies include hiking, running/competitive racing, yoga, stand-up paddle and anything to do with the beach! She also enjoys reading, plays, guitar, hanging with family & friends and takes special joy in hanging with her nephews. Jennifer has a passion for the organizations Wounded Warriors and Life Rolls On and continues to take active rolls in events throughout the year.
Meet Ashley Baldwin, Physical Therapist
Ashley Baldwin attended Radford University and received her B.S. Degree in Exercise, Sport & Health Education with a concentration in Sports Medicine (2006). From there, she attended Marymount University, where she earned a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (2009). Ashley enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses, ranging from acute & chronic pain, pre/post surgical, balance impairments, and neurological rehabilitation.
From the Shenandoah Valley, Ashley and her husband, a Marine, moved to Virginia Beach in 2010 and welcomed a new baby girl in 2011. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, snowboarding, shopping, and traveling.
Meet Kelli Fegan, Front Desk Receptionist
As a navy wife, her and her husband were transferred here from Michigan. Kelli received her undergraduate from Central Michigan University in Broadcasting and Cinematic Arts because of her interest for movies and television. She worked in a family practice clinic throughout high school and enjoyed the atmosphere and interacting with the patients. This enjoyment is what has brought her to be apart of our team today. She has a sweet and energetic beagle named Tebow who keeps her on her toes. Her and her husband enjoy playing softball, bowling and numerous other activities.
Meet Justice, The Therapy Dog
The team “mascot” is an important part of the practice! Justice Maxwell, a great dane, enjoys the variety of clients and of course all the attention! Justice has completed his therapy dog training and is officially a certified therapy dog! Justice has already contributed to Fluidity “giving back” to the community. He has made visits to the Wounded Warriors on the Norfolk Navy Base with a wonderful experience for all. We also hope to give him the opportunity to work in hospitals & nursing homes as well as libraries. There are a variety of ways dogs can be used for therapy needs and they are a wonderful asset in healing. Justice contributes very much to our practice with his unique personality and his true love for people.
