Whether you are coming to us to learn more about healthier choices or you have successfully completed therapy with us, prevention we be discussed extensively with you. Many of you have at least heard of basic things like consistent exercise, healthy eating, and stress management to aid in prevention of many diseases and optimize health. HOWEVER, many of you don’t know where to start. We facilitate this not only by our knowledge and expertise but will direct you to other healthcare providers to offer additional assistance if needed. Remember,  a “general”  template of prevention is not what we do nor is it effective. Each client brings different things to the table and therefore, a specific prevention plan will be drawn up for you. Even after setting you up on a plan we have an open door policy!!  We encourage follow-up appointments with us to help facilitate your optimal health.  We are only a phone call away and are more than happy to answer your questions.
